Getting out of pain video resources
For most people, the path to eliminating pain involves 3 steps: 1) Improving mobility (the ability to move through a full range of motion); 2) Improving strength (the ability of your joints and muscles to overcome resistance); and 3) Improving stability (the ability to control joint movement through a range of motion). These steps do not involve medicines or surgeries. They involve practicing progressive exercises to improve shoulders, back, knees, posture, and other areas. The videos below can help!
